• Myth debunking: You don't have to sleep in your do-rag to get waves, sleep wearing your do-rag if that's what works for you, as a waver myself, I don't wear my do-rag to bed, sleep is when I give my kinky hair time to breathe, I brush my hair using my Knubian Wave Brush in the morning, brush again usually mid-day, apply my Knubian do-rag after brushing, do my daily routines, rinse and repeat.
